• 1 on 1 sessions with me which will include many of the following, but not limited to:

  • Goal setting​.

  • Breaking large goals down into stepping stone goals.

  • Analysing what is stopping you from achieving a goal & finding way around these.

  • Getting clear on WHY you want to achieve your goals.

  • Clarity on who you are and what your values are in life.

  • Figuring out what steps to take to move you forward.

  • Nailing down exactly when, where and how you're going to do a thing.

How long will a bespoke package be?

That depends on what we decide is best to achieve your goals:

• You might want to achieve your goal by next month, so we'd do 4 weekly sessions.

• Or we might decide that what's best is 6 session on a fortnightly basis lasting 3 months

• Or any other combination we agree on.

How much is a bespoke package?

This also of course entirely depends on how many sessions we would do. 

My 1-off sessions are £100, so this should give you an idea of how much a package of sessions would cost.

How do I get a consultation for a bespoke package?

​

I'm glad you asked!  I charge £25 for a consultation.  This is fully refundable if we go on to agree a package.  If not I will be able to point you in the right direction to get what you're after.  Package or not, you will be getting something valuable from this consultation
